In this state we become the wide-awake celebration of our whole being. We experience the magic and mystery in existence and we relate with other people with warm-hearted openness. Being so totally here-now we find ourselves not only fully connected and in love with life; we are touched by the boundless – the eternal to which we all belong. We discover the wonder of living HERE-NOW AND FOREVER. This is the essence of our 2018 festival.

The programme begins on Wednesday 4th July 2017 with an afternoon meditation at 4 p.m. However, you can arrive and check in as from 2 p.m. Dinner will be served between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Alan Lowen and his friends will inaugurate the festival at 8 p.m.

 During the next three days we will always begin the day with a morning meditation at 7:30 a.m. Every day will have three main programme blocks – morning, afternoon and evening one. After lunch, during the afternoon siesta, you will have plenty of time to stroll in the forest, swim in the lake or pool, sunbathe or buy some great products in the stalls. We are also preparing an extensive accompanying programme for the afternoon siesta. You will be able to stretch during acro yoga, choose from several types of massages, attend workshops or listen to interesting lectures. For the evenings we have prepared live music concerts, Trance Dance, Firewalking, campfire and much more.  Main programme will take place in a giant outdoor tent; therefore your experience will be enhanced by direct contact with surrounding nature.

Accompanying program

Accompanying programme runs from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm every day. The content of each workshop can be found on the information posters in front of the hotel entrance, which will also indicate the venue and length of the workshop. This may vary for each teacher-guide.

 

Thanks to the wide possibilities offered by the surroundings, we will try to use the area around the hotel and if possible we will hold the workshops in the nature.

Acrobatic yoga for couples – Mirka Papajiková

Come and try playful exercises for couples or threesomes. We will work intensively with the theme of trust, mutual support and communication. At the same time we will stretch and strengthen the whole body. The stabilization system will be activated together with whole organism in a healthy and balanced way. This improves the blood flow throughout the whole body and it leads to a better mood. We will learn the basic positions. In the end we will stretch and give a gentle treatment the activated muscles.

P.S.  You can also come on your own. You might bring a yoga mat and blanket.


Kinbaku – one rope – Janek Šlonc

How to use Japanese technique of bondage for a sensual contact.

Tying by one rope is unique in many ways. Ties and positions can be just for a moment and can be changed quickly. Every tie up and untie, even partial, can be like steps to that imaginary “Rabbit hole”. It can be a very different experience in comparison to more classic way of tying when more ropes are used, which are untied step by step. Therefore, tying up by one rope can be more dynamic; it might include many different moods, positions and be technically simple.
Using your intuition, senses, the present moment and authenticity can lead you to really a new experience.

Jamm Session – Honza Nejedlý a Richard Milarepa Němec

Free meeting for those who think they are not musicians but also for those who know what they are.

During the accompanying programme you can always join our jamming session by the massage tent with Richard, Honza…..

It doesn’t matter you cannot play. It doesn’t matter that you can play. Come to relax, listen, let yourself to be pulled in and join in your own way this fluid flowing stream. Take your instrument, voice or just your body. Touch the mutual sound and touch each other. We will listen and so everyone who has ears and hearts belonging to Jamm!

Release Vocal Workshop To My Roots – Milli Janatková

Milli´s creative work takes in music, visual arts and workshops leading. She has been interconnecting voice with other artistic fields in her projects Quiet, please! and To My Roots. She has been leading workshops in both private and business sector since 2001. She was teaching creative workshops at the Czech Technical University in Prague in 2009 –  2010 and since that time she has been teaching and accompanying dance classes at the Duncan Centre Conservatory in Prague. She has been devoting her time to „voice in movement“ improvisation since 2008. Milli has been working on her spiritual growth for 15 years through dance, Zhong Yuan Qigong, Biosythesis Therapy and family research.

During the To My Roots workshop we will focus on playful vocal relaxation. We will find the way how to release our voice in a healthy way and interconnect it spontaneously with our natural breath and body movement. We will strengthen our balance and grounding through creative support of our potential and feeling of comfortable security. Let´s sing a song of love and respect to ourselves and the world around.

Harmonizing chi-kung Yin Yang – Michaela Sklářová

Exercise chi-kung balances physical and mental functions, improves health, strengthens body and calms mind. Regular exercise positively affects nerve system, increases movability of joints and flexibility of the body, improves function of all organs, immunity etc. The exercise is done at a slow pace in accordance with breath, and, like yoga, this exercise harmoniously develops the personality in terms of physical, mental and spiritual.

Training of 5 harmonizing exercises that equalize Yin and Yang in the body, activate all paths, soothe the psyche and regulate the body as a whole. This means they connect the body, the spirit and the soul and strengthen the physical and mental side of man. Everything is done in accordance with the slow and deep breathing:
  • 1st exercise – collecting Qi and taking the arms to the sides – connecting “Inner and outer” – activating all meridians and Qi
  • 2nd exercise – stretching the arms and looking to the left and right side – activating the meridians of the heart and lungs, balancing the right and left hemispheres, relaxing the shoulders, neck and nape tension, strengthening the eyes
  • 3rd exercise -circling arms from back to front – activation of the front, middle and rear path, relaxation of shoulder joints and cervical spine
  • 4th exercise – scooping up the earth and the sky – strengthening the kidneys and vital energy of the kidneys, stimulation of the Ming Men point, supporting digestion
  • 5th exercise – calming Qi – harmonization of the psyche, inner calming, strengthening of inner strength and stability, theory and practice

 

The Breath Ecstasy – Monika Hasalová

Our life starts with the first breath and finishes with the last breath.  The life is taking place between that.  The breath is a bridge, messenger and bearer of being. It recharges, empties and revives us.  It is a means of transport of your mind. It is a powerful tool of meditation.  However, this is not done using difficult techniques and complex theories, but by a connection with your breath and energy that it carries. How?

We will practically demonstrate how to connect to your breath and how to recognise the difference between the connection, fusion and just doing techniques. Using the breath we can connect to our power and heal or relieve pain.  I will also show you how we use breath to detach ourselves from pain. When you don’t breathe – you don’t feel.  In our lives we draw conclusions from the moment of being born and child’s crying.  You can hear: “He is crying a lot – this is good, his lungs will be strong as a result.”  Is it really like that?  How does the first breath look like and what does it bring?

The first breath is an experience which creates a formula, imprint which sets up our relationship towards breathing and energy that it brings.  It is subconscious but strongly influencing.  It influences the whole our life.  Through breath a lot can be changed and healed on the physical, energy and relationship level…. the breath impacts all levels of being – the breath is life manifested through you.

– How to make sure that the first breath happens spontaneously – what will this bring to our life?

Training of  5 simple and excellent stretching exercises that improve the overall condition of the body and the internal organs. They cleanse the body of 5 harmful emotions:

    • 1st exercise – kidneys – relieving stress and fear, enhancing vital energy of the kidneys, stimulation of the Ming Men point
    • 2nd exercise – liver – relieving mental tension and anger, stretching of muscles, tendons and strengthening of the bones, supporting liver and gall bladder
    • 3rd exercise – heart – relieving ” life bitterness”, supporting the heart, heart functions and blood circulation
    • 4th exercise – spleen – relaxing the mind, activating digestion, regulating stomach functions and strengthening the spleen

Spread your wings – Honza a Katka Komedovi

This experiential workshop is an invitation to use sexual energy as the most powerful resource for our bodies, hearts and souls. Both couples and individuals are welcome. The main intention is to brighten the everyday reality of the relationship so that after 6 months or 30 years we are able to experience the intoxicating and charging state of being in love and then as a couple to meet in love, bliss and ecstatic states. We will look at how to accept the “everydayness of days” so that we can fully enjoy it and how to create enough space in our lives for the moments that touch our hearts and in which the level of excitement, happiness and vivacity jump to maximum values. In these moments we fly together deeply
connected on shared energy of love.

During the workshop we will try practical exercises to awaken deep relaxation and strong energy, many of us will experience a flight on dragon or angel wings. We will explain how to accept the sexual energy as a precious resource for our full-fledged life and how to to use it not only for an intimate relationship but also for our working life.  We will explore how our relationship can be enriched by polarity of the male and female energies, what dynamics between different lover types could bring,  how to celebrate the differences between us and how the discovery of nooks and crannies in us and our partner can fill us with immense life energy, joy and bliss.

We will reveal that “living in a relationship” does not mean “surviving in a restrictive compromise”, but embarking on an adventurous journey to amazing personal freedom,  happy relationship and true love.

You will try selected activities of experience dating which are focused on the body and natural feedback. Come to meet the other participants from a different angle. You will then better understand signals of your own body and as a result you will come to understand what impression you make on others. You will gain useful tips for enjoyable and relaxed dating.
